We recently took our small group to a lovely tea garden about five miles from The King’s Lodge. The Americans all found it amusing that we were greeted by this sign as we walked in.
Once we walked in to the shop to place our order, we weren’t sure if we had discovered the reason why such a sign was necessary….
But you just never know what a spot of tea will do for you when you are in England.
My good friend, Mike Roberts’, reaction to these photos was this:
“I think I will stick to one of the choices at the top.”
My reaction? “If it’s chocolate, given these choices, bring it on.”
